Order never shipped despite waiting almost three weeks. I emailed twice and only got a canned auto response about how busy they are. Ive ordered from them several times and each time shipping is slow but this is absolutely unacceptable. Stop taking orders if yoy dont have the capacity to fill them and get better customer service so you can respond to issues and complaints in a timely manner.
