Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically shipped out within 3-5 business days. For example, if an order is placed on Monday, it will be shipped out between Thursday or Friday.

Shipping from California
Standard shipping via USPS takes between 3-6 days to arrive once it's shipped.
Expedited shipping via USPS takes average 3 days to arrive once it's shipped.
Please note that we do not have control over shipping speed once the packages are handed over to USPS. There will be unexpected events such as bad weather, transportation complications, or other unforeseen events that will delay the delivery.

Refunds

No refunds or returns. Final sales.
We accept exchanges, however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost both ways: sending it back to us and paying for a new shipping label for us to send you the new package.

Delivery:

Once the tracking number is marked as delivered by the post office, we are no longer responsible for your package. If there is a delivery issue, you could open a claim on USPS or reach out to us and we'll be happy to open a claim on your behalf.
